Michael Peacock
Michael is the Director and Principal Consultant with the Performance Architects.
Michael has extensive experience in both consulting and senior management roles specialising in leadership development, organisational culture assessment and transformation, team development, group effectiveness and strategic change.
Michael’s specialty is turning potentially complex, theoretical, leadership and organisational culture concepts into practical change initiatives. For clients, this results in improved individual, team and organisational performance.
He engages with clients to understand their needs. He works closely with individuals and groups to help them identify more effective and sustainable alternatives to the way they currently do business. This includes:
- Individual day-to-day action
- Systemic organisational change
Michael has a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and is a leading practitioner with the suite of Human Synergistics development diagnostics. He is an accredited Executive Coach (IECL). He also accredited and experienced in the use of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and Team Management System (TMS).
He draws on a wealth of practical examples from a diverse range of client engagements, which assist in inspiring and building ownership over change initiatives.
