Culture

We work with clients to change and improve culture because:

  • It is not enough to be clear about strategic direction;
  • or to develop a set of values;
  • or to recruit the right people;
  • or to have the right structure.

Although they are important, the workplace culture will determine the extent to which all of the above are successful.

  • Engage and educate
  • Measure the gaps between the current and desired culture and identify the costs to the organisation of the culture being as it is

Diagnostic Tools

The Performance Architects are leading practitioners with the Human Synergistics  Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI) and Organisational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI).

Capability

We work clients to understand and map key capabilities, across all levels, to  analyse the capabilities they need, the capabilities they currently have and how to build capability, aligned with Direction and Values.
